I know I am like a month late, but I finally listened to Trey Songz's sixth studio album "Trigga" in its entirety. I must say that he has made me fall back in love with him with this album. It really reminds me of his "I Gotta Make It" days, you know, that R&B soul mixed with funk. This album reflects the thought, effort, and originality put into each track. With his seductive vocals and encouraging lyrics, he entices the ladies with his sex-appeal and makes you hang on to every word he sings!
Some of my favorite tracks on the album are "Cake," "Dead Wrong," "Smart Phones," and "Foreign." My all time favorite track on this album is titled, "Disrespectful." This track features up and coming artist Mila J. It talks about two individuals who are seeing each other but are both in relationships, thus being disrespectful to their significant others. With lyrics such as, "If my girl found out you was on her side of the bed she'll kill me," and "If my man finds out I was washing your draws he'd pull out the Desert Eagle," you can picture how "disrespectful" this songs gets. All in all I say two thumbs up with this one Mr. Songz, I have no negative feed back on this album what so ever. I love it.
